1st time visiting HB Prestatyn. Nice big clean store, lots of staff stocking store. Love the big choice of animal food. Visited store at 9.20am and the 2 ladies on the till were miserable as sin!.. no manners, with no pleases or thanks yous :( struggled to crack smiles. Cheer up ladies :)

Have to say I'm not a "Home Bargains" regular but this store was impressive! The store itself was immaculate, well lit and its displays were very well done. The garden section had really healthy plants and they we're displayed nicely. Spoke to one member of staff who was really helpful and knowledgeable about the stock. Prices here are unbelievable! Looking forward to my next visit.

Decent sized store. Plenty of products. Staff were friendly. At the time of visiting it wasn't busy, but can imagine that it's a nightmare to get out of the car park when it's busy.

Just spoken to one of staff at Prestatyn store called Jordon. I am so delighted at how helpful he was with my query. You don't always get that same treatment when you visit shops today. Outstanding customer service Jordon . You definatly deserve a pay rise! Thankyou .

Good range of products for sale. Drivers be aware! Parking two hours only. Should be ample. The first time we went, we received £100.00 parking ticket. It is very easy to spend 2hrs in this store. We had to produce our receipt to prove we had been in store, and the fine was revoked. Fortunately, we had the receipt. 3 star rating due to parking.
